Newcastle RC Racers was formerly known as Riverside Racers and was established in 1979. They meet at Longbenton Community College every Thursday evening from 6 pm (to start setting up the track and getting the cars ready).
Anyone is welcome to come and join in the racing and the fun. They have racers of all ages and varying skill levels, from beginner to expert.
The nights racing is made up of 4 races and then a final, generally starting at about 6:30 pm until 9:30 pm.
