As you may be aware Aberford
Buggy Club has been in some difficulties with a venue since April 2000, when
its usual venue (Brigshaw High School at Kippax) was burnt down in an arson
attack.
We moved to Garforth Community College for the period from May to July, which
worked quite well. However for the coming school year, Garforth are only able
to offer the Hall from 7:30pm to 10:00pm, because of other usage. This was felt
to be too short a period and a bit too late for many of our younger members.
So, we remain on the lookout for a suitable venue, and we will notify you through
these pages when we find one.
Our apologies to all our members for this break in operations.
